We are a small team of software developers and designers from Manchester, England. Our company, Name Metrics Ltd, was founded by Andrew Brier a 30+ year veteran of the Internet Industry.
In 1999 we released Icon3D, a 3D desktop application launcher developed in C and OpenGL and released as shareware.

What stack do you use?

The sensible answer would be.. it depends. We currently love Vue & Quasar and a backend of Express, Node, mySQL & nginx. But Wordpess might be better for SEO. Bootstrapped PHP would be better again and faster, but slower to implement. If a library doesn't exist we might need some glue, maybe Python or for deep pockets C.

What do you like?

Automation, we love to automate. Very large database driven sites. Image manipulation, data manipulation. Fast code. Optimized SQL. Components. Efficient domain names. Simple UI.
